系列盤式剎車裝置
PS系列盤式剎車裝置主要用于鉆機(jī)、修井機(jī)和通井機(jī)。
PS系列盤式剎車裝置由三部分組成:制動執(zhí)行機(jī)構(gòu)、液壓站及操作臺，它們之間用液壓管線連接。液壓站是動力源，為執(zhí)行機(jī)構(gòu)提供必須的液壓動力; 操作臺是動力控制操作裝置；執(zhí)行機(jī)構(gòu)是制動執(zhí)行部分，它由剎車鉗、鉗架、剎車盤三部分組成，其中剎車鉗又分為常開式工作鉗和常閉式安全鉗兩種型式。
PS series Disc Brake System is used for drilling rigs,workover rigs and well hoister.
The PS series hydraulic disc brake system consists of three parts;brake actuation mechanism,hydraulic station and operation panel.These three parts are connected through hydraulic pipeline,The hydraulic station is the hydraulic power supply unit,which provides necessary hydraulic power for the actuation mechanism;the operation panel is the hydraulic power control unit;the action mechanism is the braking actuation unit,which consists of braking caliper,caliper frame and friction disc,and the braking calipers include normal open service calipers and normal closed safety calipers.
